Project consists of demolition and reconstruction of interior partitions, associated wall floor and ceiling systems, and minor modifications to Mechanical and Electrical Systems.

Note: Comstock Construction, Inc. reserves the right to prequalify subcontractors and suppliers before awarding a contract. Subcontractors and suppliers agree that Comstock Construction's Standard Subcontract Agreement shall be the prescribed subcontract. By submitting a proposal, subcontractors and suppliers acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in the Standard Subcontract Agreement. Copies of the Standard Subcontract Agreement can be obtained for your review by contacting Kristi Falk at (701) 892-7234 or kfalk@comstockconst.com. Comstock Construction must receive a fully executed Standard Subcontract Agreement and Certificate of Insurance prior to the subcontractor or supplier commencing work on the project.
